I know this is a old thread but.... I just started bowfishing here in Utah. I have been up to Willard bay and shot quite a few from my boat and doing a bit of wading. Most of the carp I have been shooting have been in the 30" range. I keep a few to feed to the pigs but I have canned them before I just hate cleaning them, much easier to turn them into pork chops. I have a compound with a AMS reel.
