I would like to meet the brave soul or souls that would eat carp from Utah Lake. I cut one open once and it was full of mud. That ended any chance of me trying carp for dinner. Cat fish is a different story. That would be a shame if the cats have traces of that stuff. Anyway, there are more carp in Utah Lake than people in Utah!! Go you bottom sucking carp faces!!! Take over the world!!!
