[#0000ff]Wipers (also called hybrids or sunshine bass) are sterile crosses between white bass and striped bass. Much bigger and nastier than white bass. Great predators to control large populations of rough fish or shad, without overpopulating the water themselves (no spawning). They are being used a lot in the warmer states to provide good fishing and predator control without having to worry about runaway gluttony. Easy to maintain a controlled population.[/#0000ff]
