I forget now, are we still on last years hunting license or do we have to have this years license to continue hunting varmets like oposum, ground hog and porky pines..?
I know there is no closed season on them but you still have to obide by all the state hunting laws including the wearing of orange and having a license.... with the added fact that much of the state land is closed to all hunting after march 31st.
Its been so long since I have hunted Ground Hog I cant remember, I guess a man could get both licenses just to be on the safe side. There is some state land down here I could hunt, but I have to drive 40 miles one way to get to it....
