[cool][#0000ff]Welcome aboard. Hope we can help you get properly floated and rigged.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I agree with AT...1 1/4" is plenty large, but is heavier than you need to get the job done. If your rods are standard sized handles they will fit inside the tubes of 1" schedule 20 PVC...not the heavier walled schedule 40. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Your design will be limited by your own creativity and how well you work with PVC. Here's a pic of the current 4 tube rack I use, which would fit your needs. I am also testing another model right now that I have not taken pics of.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]As has been suggested, you will be guided by the distance between the D rings, and how you plan to attach the rack. Do some measurements and get back to us.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]As a general rule, I like to leave about 4" to 5" between rod tubes, to allow the reels to get along. I also cut the tubes long enough to try to keep the rod handles out of the water. That can be a good idea if you have nice cork handles. [/#0000ff]
