POWDERKEG WELCOME ABOARD. I MADE ONE FOR MY ODC 420 BUT I USED THINNER 1" PVC THE 1 1/4" WAS TOO BULKY ONCE IT WAS ALL PUT TOGETHER. AS FOR THE LENGHT IT DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF YOUR TUBE AND THE DISTANCE FROM D-RING TO D-RING. GUESSTIMATING IT'S ABOUT 6" TO 7" PAST EACH D-RING. HERE'S THE LINKS TO THE ONES I BUILT.
