[#505000]I have been a POST certified officer for 8 years. I spent two years assigned to traffic, handling tickets, DUI, pretty much anything to do with motor vehicles. [/#505000]

[#505000]Medical studies have shown this stuff is bad for the human body. Put aside all the crazy big money, black helicopter, secret government conspiracy theorys. This has nothing to do with polotics whether you like the current president or whether you think he's a rat and the other guy should be in office.[/#505000]

[#505000]Medical studies have shown there are more carcinagens (I'm guessing I misspelled that) in marijuana smoke than tobacco smoke, meaning it's worse for you than tobacco cigarettes and in the long run will be more likely to cause cancer. Marijauana also affects long term memory meaning if you smoke it alot you start to forget stuff. [/#505000]

THC ([#000000][#505000]delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol[/#505000] [/#000000]) the stuff in marijuana which makes you high and gives all the medical benefits has been extracted and is currently avaliable in pill form. This means a proper dose can be administed. There is no such guarantee on dosage when buying it off the street. Pill form also eliminates taking the smoke into the lungs getting rid of the risk of lung cancer. the same benifits. Did I mention it's already legal and avaliable by prescription?[/#505000]

[#505000]I have had to deal with enough crying mothers, pissed off and upset fathers, with their child lying face down in the next room dead from a drug overdose to last me a lifetime. I wish I could say that's all behind me but I know for a fact there will be a lot more to come.[/#505000]

[#505000]Also before this marijuana (or any drug) gets to any of those of you who use. Some of it is grown in the good ol' USA or Canada, but a lot comes from Mexico and a lot of people get hurt and sometimes killed in the transport, manufacture, ect... If you're ok with that to get your fix then I feel for you.[/#505000]
