You should understand something. I'm not supporting the use of illegal drugs in public, or driving under the influence thereof.
But think about this...
According to the AAA, the top causes of traffic accidents analyzed are: [ul] [li]Outside object, person, event: 19.7% [li]Eating and drinking: 18.8% [li]Adjusting radio, cassette, CD: 11.4% [li]Other occupant in vehicle: 9.4% [li]Moving object in vehicle: 3.2% [li]Using/dialing cell phone: 1.5% [li]Using other device in vehicle: 1.4% [li]Adjusting climate controls: 1.2% [li]Smoking related: 1.2% [/li][/ul]
The death notice thing, I would NEVER want to deliver on of those. By that rational, you could blame Mc Donalds or Cingular for killing people.
The fact is that driving is an inherently dangerous business...
