Best eatting fish?

I'll tell you what's darn good if you know how to clean it properly, puffer fish. I use to run up and down the peir when I was little and get all the puffer fish that everyone was going to throw back. They all thought I was crazy. But my dad showed me how to clean them, which is really simple, and it's some of the most mild, sweet tasting meat there is. The problem is it takes a butt load of them to feed more than a couple of people. You wouldn't want to plan a fish fry with puffer fish in other words. [cool]
