I'm not too concerned with the weight on the ODC 420. I think I can pack it OK for short "day trip" type hikes. I have a very light wt U-boat tube (Caddis) that I can pack into a pack with other camping gear for longer overnight hike-ins.

I'll have to post a report or two of past trips to give folks an idea of the country and the fishing.
