[cool][#0000ff]Boy howdy, them kitties make some fine munchin’. I fix mine by cutting them into finger strips too. Catfish take a bit more cooking than lots of other fish, so they cook faster and more completely if you cut them into strips. I coat mine with a dry mix of yellow corn meal, bisquick and seasonings. When they come out of the deep fryer, and the hot peanut oil, they become “Kitty Krispies”.
