[/center][center]Note that there is two covers that you line goes through.[/center] [center]Both pivot 1/2 inch to the left[/center] [center]If they feel tight don’t force, you will probably need a solvent of some type. I use liquid wrench three or four drops and allow it to work its way around. Place the solvent on the two tabs and sparingly on the seam around the reel. Clean off the solvent after you get the cover off. [/center] [center]The inner cover is plastic the out side cover is metal[/center] [center]To take the inner cover ring off make sure that you have released the casting mechanism in the back so that the thread cock is in the in position on the spool. [/center] [center]Thread your line through both covers and tie on to the spool replace the covers and reel on your new line.[/center] [center]Do the same when placing the inner cover back on. [/center]
