Maybe we'll have to go fishing sometime. I've lived somewhere along the McKenzie for the past 26 years. Used to live up at McKenzie Bridge...now down along Camp Creek Road.
I mostly fish the McKenzie from my drift boat. However, I got a Fish Cat pontoon last year that I plan to spend a little time in on the river.
It will be interesting to see how the March Brown hatch plays out this year - actually all the hatches - given the high water this winter...and more to come. The collective conventional wisdom is currently putting its money on reduced numbers of bugs. We'll see.
