Hope you don't mind if I put my report on here . Just hate to add a new thread . I fish the hard deck and it was good ice (7")at Hailstone except for the pressure ridge . I would advise against crossing the ridge because it has open water . I must of walked a mile north and fish all over the place . Had a helicopter and plane fly by real low over the ice . Biggest bow I caught was 19" and about a dozen planters and a bunch of fat perch .
