How about " Whenever possible, do not go tubing alone. If you must go tubing alone let someone know where you will be, and how long you intend to be there."
  
Also, how about a warning on the use of alcohol and tubes. Anytime you are out on or near the water while intoxicated, you put your self in harms way. I cannot count the number of times I have seen people get themselves in dangerous situations while on watercraft of any type due to intoxication. Not that I'm saying one cannot have an alcoholic beverage while tubing. Instead, I am suggesting just a reminder on moderation due to the dangers of drowning, reduced reaction time, and poor judgment that can accompany over indulgence. Just a thought.
