I'm telling you - just be 110% sure! Once that down-payment is made, he's totally inflexible. And despite all he's said in his message, the best response to any plea for help is, "No."
I had a gun to my head ... But he's worried about my stealing business from him, even though he has no plans to return my money, and won't have to do a thing for it.
I'm sure he does know his stuff; that's why we scheduled with him in the first place! And again, when I sent in even more money in a beyond-hope attempt that things might work out.
You're right about 2 sides! But remember that each of us only has the one side from which to work. I see his side 100%. I didn't hassle him about the stinkin' money. We just let it go. But his last words to me were nothing more than put-downs, criticisms, and complaints about destroying his business opportunities.
And he laughed all the way to the bank.
