Cutting your own Christmas Tree ???

The Evanston District of Wasatch-Cache ALWAYS has plenty of tree permits and anyone can buy them. I guess fewer people know about it, or else think its too far to go. No waiting in line becaues they never sell out. The Maverik in Mountain View is the easiest place to buy them. Then there is a well-plowed graveled road that they keep plowed all year that loops up into the north slope of the uintas. Plenty of trees to choose from. The graveled road takes off just south of Mountainview, and the people at Maverik can give you good directions.
