Cutting your own Christmas Tree ???

My family used to go every year until they made it hard to get the tree tags. My only suggestion is make sure no matter where you go, get a forest service tree tag. The fine is hefty if you dont have one. We usually go out on the south slope of the Uintas. Get our tree tags in Duchesne. But Heber district also sells tree tags too. BTW, does anyone know how much they are these days?
