This time of year I like to use silver flat fish (spoons) from cabelas, crank baits and soft plastics from megabaits. Mepps spinners can be found at cabela's site all so work well...
target just off the side of those tall weed beds that grow to the serface of the water,
if you are fishing off a peir, fan cast, even in directions where you dont expect to catch a fish, the action will get thier attention... Take several items to offer. switch up your presentations from fast to lazy to wounded.
right now is a good time to go after bass,
