hey fisher.. i have been in St louis for the last 4 weeks so i would not know to much about E-lake right now.. the fish should still be eating the minnows tho.. try up on top.. if your not get any fish on top try putting it on the bottom..
you should be able to launch by hand there.. if you try and back a truck up to the water you might get stuck tho.. the lake was down about 10 feet last time i was up there and still going down some.. so the edges still mught be soft mud..
