Red beet juice for worms?

Just like DTC said. Stay away from the stuff that has vinegar. That will pickle the worms and render them useless for fishing.

If you wanted to do some mild coloring, then use the natural beets. Simply put them in a food processer and pulverize them.

Remove the beets and spread that mixture in a bowl with some newspaper shreddings. Let your worms stay in there for about 5 days to get the full color.
