Fins

[cool][#0000ff]Hey Pikefly, I like your little duck too. Looks like it would make a good "pike fly".[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]In addition to the link provided by Fishhound, here is a link to FINS FOR TUBING on the picture board. There are also links there to many online sources for fins.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I personally prefer the diving fins, with big soft foot pockets and easily adjustable heel straps. Those are more adaptable to wearing different waders, booties or surf shoes and more or less warmth in different temperatures of water. The Mares fins I have allow me to fish with no waders or boots during warmer water, but still expand to comfortably contain my heavy neoprene waders and booties in the winter.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]While some divers and tubers like the Force Fins, I was not happy with them when I got some to try. I like big semi-rigid blades that give lots of thrust on every kick, so that I do not have to kick the water to a froth to get somewhere. But, you must also know your physical limitations. If you get fins that are too large for you, you can hurt yourself. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]PS...never get overconfident and try to tow a water skier.[/#0000ff]
