Check out the "Best of the Best" thead - it has a ton of info. TubeDude has put an incredible amount of time into his sport and knows his stuff !
I have had a tube for a couple of years or so. When I met TubeDude, I learned more from talking with him in a couple of hours than I had figured out on my own the whole time I had my tube. Go through this board and I garauntee you'll have enough material to pretty much cover any questions you come up with.
I can also say that TubeDude is serious when he says that he is real busy with fishing - he is about as passionate a fisherman as I have ever met ! So, take advantage of the opportunity to learn from his enormous experience and willingness to share it.
