a homing pigion dropped in my yard today,
he cant fly,
he has the numbered tag
I have him in a cage
I gave him shelled sunflower seeds and water with a bit of sand.
I figure I have one of three options, [ol] [li]let the bird die,[/li] [li]nurce the bird back to health if posible[/li] [li]find the owner.[/li][/ol]
dose any one know of clubs who have controlled numbers for thier birds so that I may contract the owner?
any body have a what to do list incase you find a leg banned bird?
