Everything you have said is true and are good, valid comments so I hope you don't consider this an attack on you because that's not my intention. Walking him on a leash, although restrictive to his pleasures is doable. But just like your initial post, you have missed my basic point. I no longer can fish in any state park from a tube. Have you ever tried keeping a dog on a leash in a tube? As you said, it's the law and I'll deal with it. It's just too bad that these kind of restrictions have to exist, and it's getting worse. I'm not just talking about dogs. I really need to stop whining now. Sorry again.
