I was up there today too. (Rock Cliffs) Congrats on the nice smallies. After fishing for bass early with variable success, I did the same thing and caught a meal of perch. (I had a craving) The perch are fewer than previous years and localized but they seem to me to be bigger than what we have come to expect from the X. If one has a craving for the perchies, it is worth giving a shot. Leaky, sorry to hear about the hassle with the rangers. I have seen many dogs up there causing no problems, I don't know why they would feel the need to crack down like that.
