I am giving serious consideration to upgrading to a bigger float tube, a TU Bighorn. The Creek Co U-2000 that I have now is starting to rip at the front of the seat due to my fat @ss, so I will save it for skinnier partners. Anyway, I digress. The info I have on the Bighorn, from the Cabelas website, is that it uses a "roberts valve". I believe, although I could be wrong, that this is the same as a Halkey-Roberts valve. My question is whether or not a double action "river pump" will work with this valve? The pump I have has 2 different adaptors, the smaller of which I know works on a pinch-type valve. Any help is appreciated.
