I just don't think there is room on the flying bridge(second story) for solar panels - that's where the casting deck and side-planner mast are. However, although I really love my mesquite briquettes, for this application, I think your gas grill idea might logistically be more feasible - and, if I used carp meat in the burritos ... well, I think you already know what the potential could be.
