The longcast-rigs. There are many of them on my site and I uses a lot of them. Some illustrations shows big hooks. In the Netherlands there aren't a lot of big fish so I changes the hooks for little ones. By fishing I first check the kind of fish that is catch and then I take the rig which is suitable for that kind of fish. Believe it or not but most of the rigs on my site I have used.
