Correct my if I'm wrong but I thought all the rainbows that the DWR plants are sterile. They manage the rainbows like the wipers at Willard put and take. But I do agree throw the big ones back lets let them get bigger. Another thing that I have heard is that East Canyon is Qxygen deficient which makes the survial rate from year to year not very good. But I am no expert this is just what I have heard.
