Hey I appreciated your comments about the quality of Utah Lake. My grandpa also worked there for 25+years. Everytime Ocean and I cook up our day's catch, my dad is there sceptical of the fish, because he says the same thing about Geneva and pollution. I now have something to say to him. I now know that the lake has a natural filtering system. I will eat my thick, white, juicy catfish fillets without worry or guilt. I too, was concerned about the lake's quality, so thanks again!!!
