[cool][#0000ff]Although there are some big cats in the Amazon, none gets as big as the Arapaima, also known as the pirarucu. That big boy gets up to 10 feet long and about 400 pounds. They are top predators and hit both bait and lures. However, they are getting more scarce because the native commercial fishermen spear them to sell in the markets.[/#0000ff]
