Willard Map?
#6
Kent, I've never seen a Fish'N'Map of Willard or Bear Lake and they're not listed in the online Fish'N'Map catalog at https://secure.dimensional.com/fishnmap/catalogframe.html . Fish'N'Map must have discontinued it or something. How long ago did you get that Willard map?

I would also add that most Fish'N'Maps I've seen do not offer the contour interval (amount of elevation per topo line) that would be required to be of much help at such a shallow body of water as Willard. What's the contour interval on the one you have?

Dave, that is a very useful CD of digital topos for Northern Utah, but I'll tell you from experience that they don't show contours under bodies of water. There's an old series of USGS maps that are 1:50,000 scale that would often show contours under bodies of water, but they're out of print and I've never seen one for the Willard area. If there is, it was probably created prior to the existence of Willard Bay (officially completed in 1964).
