Ribs & Coke
2 racks of pork spare ribs
1 medium onion
2 Tbsp liquid Bovril
1 large bottle Coca-Cola Classic
Brown ribs in large frying pan (must have a lid), then add sliced
onion and liquid Bovril (any other beef concentrate will do). Pour
in Coca-Cola Classic until ribs are covered (It must be Classic
Coke as no other cola works nearly aswell). Simmer ribs 30 minutes
to an hour then boil away liquid until it forms a thick sauce.
Serve with rice.
