Look under "Snake River, North (Henry's) Fork" for the regulations. Page 57 of the regs has a map that you might find useful.
The most popular part of the Henry's Fork during this time of year is the strech upstream from St. Anthony. You can also find some good fishing upstream from ashton but the access is more difficult. If you go on a warm saturday you are going to have to do some walking to get away from the crowds.
