I just got my kitchen pass for Willard on Saturday. Is the south marina open for launching to say my toon. How do you get to the road that leads on to the dike. I want to use my toon on willard. Now if I had to I guess I could bring my boat and use it as a transport like we are going to do at powell this April. Would be a good time for a test run and get the boat out of dry dock.
