We don't have all the great species your used to there Tarpon4me, some tuna in the fall that you may have to run out aways for. Most of our saltwater fish can be had in the LI sound and and FisherIsland sound. Winter flounder,fluke,stripers have made a great come back,blues and blacks are what most folks go for. Sorry it won't be as hot as you have it down south. www.dep.state.ct.us will give you all the info for CT. Let us know when you hit town.[
