There is one little tip to taming the tast of the beast. Got Milk?
In all honesty, you simply soak your fillets or skinned whole cats in milk for @3 hours. That is usually enough to neautralize the stronger taste that the bullheads have.
With regular channel cats, flatheads and Blues, you simply remove the darker area of the meat prior to cooking.[cool]
