Here in Southwest Missouri we have many Bullheads in our Ponds. I love to catch them and eat them too. Though many hate the fishy taste they have. That yellowish part but, hey I like that taste.
Of course they are better eating when a person can cook them at the pond or creek just after catching them.
I don't remember the record Bullhead but a quick search on Google probably would tell us. It's hard to get them out of a good Pond if you don't want them in there but hey whatever a person wants I guess.
I got a friend near Wheatland MO that lets us fishing his Pond whenever we want and they are a lot of big ones in there and they really put up a good fight too.
