My mother served it ever Friday. For years I thought I was Catholic until my folks mention that you could always count on getting fresh fish at the market on Friday. My Dad would get upset when I came home from fishing without any fish. Learned to C&R at an early age, otherwise I would have to eat my catch. Several years ago my wife and me went on a crise to Alaska. Had an opportunity to do some salmon fishing for the first time. Brought the largest one back to the ship and the purser arranged for the cook to make our table a salmon feast that night. Boy was that ever good. To this date I prefer salmon to steak.[/size][/#005000][/font][/left]
