Spacious, 4-bedroom lodge, located on the Upper Peninsula's Whitefish River, sleeps up to 18 and is fully equipped. The lodge is located 5 miles North of Rapid River and 6 miles North of the Rapid River boat launch to Little Bay de Noc. The lodge is accessible year round and ideal for a ice fishing vacation. In November Little Bay de Noc is known for it's walleye, lots of 24-29 inchers.December is a transition month. Walleyes can be caught until the launches are frozen. The first part of January is active north of Gladstone for walleye, perch and pike, splake and whitefish when the bay freezes south of Gladstone. February fish is same as January also add burbot. Walleye and pike season closes last day of February. March is the best time for jumbo perch and splake. March is a transition month, so call ahead for ice conditions.
