Got skunked. I only took 2 squid jigs with me & lost em both. They packed 80 head on the New Seaforth. A total clusterflock. [mad]
Luckily for the 5 deckhands it never really went WFO. After a couple hours of slow pick they finally started to go off about 30 minutes short of quittin' time.. Total mayhem. I'd already had both my jigs sawed off and none were available on the boat so I got to watch. The boat wound up with 240 Squid.
Kinda funny. After packin' on 80 head (they were trying for more but the late arrivals took a look, turned around & went home) they had a mandatory "safety seminar!" One of the few times I wished I'd got caught in traffic!
