no fishing over at my house yet , still a lot of things to work on , but , i did hear some news .
houghton lake's tip-up-town will be going thru some changes for next year . it seems that the commitee that runs it has noticed a steady decline in fishermen ( and a steady incline of snowmobilers )and that most people that attend don't even know what a tip-up is . the commitee is going to bring back tip-up town as it was ment , all about ice fishing with plenty of other activities for the youngsters .
they are already in the process of revamping the events and plans for next years tip -up town . there looking for ideas from the public .
