I hear that...
I can see that they are in a real need of some hind site from other states. it dosnt cost the sate a dime for you or me to pick up our rods and walk down to the salt water's edge, that is unles there are parks or other infrastructures invilved. then with out a doubt every one should pay for the upkeep.
and I tell you what. 15 dollars is a darn good price for every one to pay weather they intend to fish for a day or a year....
I spend that much at Mc.Donalds on a one day road trip.
