I checked out the Blue Fox web site. they havent updated it in two years.
they do not even have an order page.
here is a pdf file of a catalog that says they have the lure. you can down load it.

I have emailed them with a request for that lure and asked them if they still have it and can I can still order it to let me know.
I will keep looking tho till I come up with something concrete.
