worms, grubs, perch inards, along with curly tailed jigs are the standards here.

Now I hadd never heard of using shrimp for perch before. Though we have no fresh water shrimp in Utah. I wonder if buying some shrimp at the store would work, they work for catfish. Thanks will tey that this winter.
