I'd be all over that offer!!! I just came back from hunting for 2nd home in the St. George area. WOW, not only is the climate HOT, the housing market is really hot. Its a sellers market right now in the 100-300 range. I've decided to build new as it might actually be cheaper ( sweat equity).
Last Saturday I watched at least 20 bass boats coming off of Quail and about the same amount over on Sand Hollow. Must have been some sort of tourney going on? Fishing seems to be really good based a few guys I talked to at the Dam. I personally like to go up to Baker dam ( 15 minutes North of St. George) and fish for trout in the streams around Pine Valley. No shortage of fishing opportunities in Southern Utah! You're challenge is going to be finding a reasonable price on a home down there! The Las-Vegas housing boom has made its way to St. George. Make sure you and / or your company takes this into consideration the recent inflation in home prices before you commit. Have your company HR department contact any realtor down there and they'll verify what I'm telling you! It's insane right now!!![pirate]
