The best way to eat them is when they are smoked![Wink] I had a friend smoke one for me and it was awesome.They dont taste like kingfish or cobia.They hav etheir own taste.And i did fry some but it wasnt the same .Smoked to me was best.And i always have c&r all my biilfish i ever caught exept for that one sail he was hooked in a bad spot and i didnt think he was going to make it thats why i kept him.
