Good to eat?
#1
OK, this may seem like a silly question, but i've always released Sailfish when I have hooked them. What i'm wondering is are they any good to eat? Someone asked me earlier today, and I didn't have an answer myself because i've never kept one and cooked it. If it is good, what is the flavor comparible to? Is it strong like King Mackeral, or is it mild like Cobia? I still encourage releasing any type of bill fish, but it's still good to know just incase.
