Gamakatsu,Use worms,meal worm,wax worms,etc for the first one.Then carefully cut out its eyeball for bait,or use alittle meat filleted off the tail or belly,the bigger ones like fresh meat.Be sure to leave the skin on so it stays on your hook.Another trick is to use the minnows they sometimes throw up when caught.You can also milk the belly,pushing on the belly from the anus to the throat to get some good bait sometimes too,if their bellys are full.Sounds gross but it works good if their last meal was fairly recent.
